Jordan Brand Brings Back The One, Giving Young Filipino Hoopers a Shot at the Global Finals

Jordan Brand is bringing back The One in 2026, giving young Filipino basketball players another opportunity to compete for a place at the tournament’s Global Finals in Shanghai.

The 1-on-1 competition is open to boys and girls aged 14 to 18, with participants battling through a series of qualifying events for the chance to represent the Philippines on the international stage.

The road begins with regional qualifiers in Cebu and Manila, followed by the National Qualifiers at the Jordan Store in Metro Manila.

From there, the top male and female players will advance to the Final Eliminations on August 8. The two champions will then earn spots at The One Global Finals in Shanghai on August 29.

Returning for another year, The One gives aspiring young Filipino hoopers another opportunity to compete in a one-on-one format for a place at the Global Finals in Shanghai.

Regional qualifying begins this August.
