Defending Champion Team Liquid PH Crashes Out of MSC 2026

Reigning MSC champion Team Liquid PH has been eliminated from the 2026 MLBB Mid-Season Cup (MSC) following a shocking 0-2 defeat to Peru’s Entity7 in Paris, France.

A new MSC champion will be crowned this year after defending champion Team Liquid PH failed to advance to the Knockout Stage, finishing the Group Stage without a single series victory.

Both squads traded punches in the early game of Game 1, but KarlTzy’s Hirara turned the tide with a double kill during a 5-minute top lane clash shortly after Entity7 secured the second turtle.

However, Entity7 regained control after securing all three Turtle objectives, with Doom’s Moskov picking up a double kill in the 7th minute to build a lead of more than 2,000 gold.

Team Liquid was pushed against the wall as Entity7 continued snowballing, and everything fell apart for the Cavalry after failing to contest the 19-minute lord objective where Akasi’s Freya rampaged for a double kill to pave the way for his squad to easily march right into the victory.

The Cavalry refused to back down, taking early control of Game 2 with a 3-0 kill lead before Akashi’s Uranus secured the second turtle, allowing Entity7 to build a 4,000-gold advantage past the 9-minute mark.

Team Liquid fought valiantly, but the Cavalry eventually succumbed in a 19-minute battle despite Teddy’s strong showing on Melissa.

Following Team Liquid PH’s elimination, Team Falcons PH now carries the Philippines’ hopes of capturing the MSC 2026 championship in Paris.
