UAAP SCHEDULE: Season 89 Basketball Tournaments

Season 89 of the country’s premier collegiate league opens on September 12 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, followed by a triple-header for the first collegiate men’s basketball games on September 13 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. We have the UAAP schedule for you.

The opening slate features FEU against Adamson, defending champion De La Salle against National University in a Final Four rematch, and University of the Philippines against University of Santo Tomas in another semifinals rematch.

The league will hold five gamedays from September 13 to 30 after adjusting its calendar around Gilas Pilipinas’ commitments at the Asian Games and FIBA 3×3 Under-23 World Cup.

September’s schedule also includes the season debuts of Ateneo and UE, the first Battle of Katipunan between Ateneo and UP, and games at both the Araneta Coliseum and MOA Arena, while the women’s tournament is set for a later start.
