According to coach Jordan Ott, Devin Booker is the hub of everything the Phoenix Suns do offensively.
By now, Booker is probably used to being the number one guy in his team. He has learned from many great players–Chris Paul during the bubble era, Kevin Durant during the Suns “super squad” era–and he has proven to be the true franchise foundation.
Naturally, he gets a lot of attention from opposing defenses, but he has expressed his desire to shoot more and assert himself more, something he’s trying to emulate from Kobe Bryant, his childhood idol. Pundits are actually expecting him to return to an all-NBA level this season despite the crazy roster changes that happened in the league.
Book has also stated that he feels healthier than ever, and Suns fans might be in for an interesting season.
For Laki Play Players: HOT! Whenever he is placed in the roster, Devin Booker will definitely get a lot of minutes as the primary offense facilitator. His numbers will be at least 20 and 5 no matter who the opponent is.
Traditional Fantasy Players: HOT! Booker can actually be a first and second pick. He has managed to stay healthy last season, and has played 64 games. He can cover a lot of points and assists.
