Terrafirma signs CJ Catapusan to two-year PBA contract

Former UAAP and MPBL player CJ Catapusan has been signed to a two-year PBA contract by Terrafirma, his agent Charlie Dy of VP Global Management confirmed to ALL-STAR on Tuesday, August 6.
The 26-year-old winger was taken 15th overall in the 2024 PBA Draft, just right after UAAP champions Francis Escandor and Evan Nelle and right before former NU wingman Mike Malonzo.
The mobile slasher was a Cesafi mythical five member when he was in Cebu and was part of the UP Maroons’ title-winning roster of UAAP Season 84.
Before joining the PBA Draft, Catapusan played in the MPBL where he averaged 5.6 points on 45.5% shooting from deep in 17.5 minutes a game for the Iloilo United Royals.
