Zaida: KarlTzy is the ‘Final Boss’
When ALL-STAR asked MLBB’s GOAT KarlTzy to name his top three junglers today, he didn’t hesitate: Demonkite, K1ngK0ng, and Zaida.
For TNC Pro Team’s jungler Justine Sadia Palma, better known as Zaida, hearing his name uttered in the same breath as his idols meant more than just validation.
“Sobrang saya ko ngayon kasi mapapasama na ako sa mga best junglers sa MPL,” he said, smiling as if still trying to believe it.
“Gusto ko lang talaga maabot yung pangarap kong maging champion katulad nila.”
Zaida was KarlTzy’s substitute in Season 14 when he was still playing for Team Liquid Philippines. Now that he’s found his step in TNC Pro Team, which pulled off the greatest upset of Season 16 on October 24 by eliminating ONIC PH in 3-2 in a best-of-5 series, Zaida is set to face his old teammate.

It’s a rare moment when the crowned king acknowledges the rise of a new challenger. But for Zaida, who once watched KarlTzy as a fan, tomorrow’s match isn’t just another game—it’s a rite of passage.
“Sobrang saya kasi si KarlTzy ang top 1 ko,” Zaida admitted. “Makakatapat ko siya bukas, si KarlTzy ang itinuturing kong ‘Final Boss’ para marating ko yung gusto kong marating sa pagiging jungler ko.”
TNC has secured the third place spot in MPL Philippines Season 16. It is the highest standing the team has reached since Season 9. TNC suffered bottom finishes in the succeeding seasons, only breaking the slump in Season 15 when it made it to the playoffs for the first time in three years.
TNC and Team Liquid PH will battle for survival in a best-of-7 lower bracket finals on October 25 at 5 p.m. at the Cuneta Astrodome. The winner will face Aurora Gaming in the grand finals on October 26, Sunday, at 5 p.m.
