Adrian ‘Woj’ Wojnarowski Auctions Phones, Credentials, and More

Esteemed sports reporter and columnist Adrian “Woj” Wojnarowski is auctioning his work phones, league credentials, and exclusive experiences. The eight-day-long collaboration will benefit St. Bonaventure’s NIL collective Team Unfurl—Wojnarowski’s alma mater, in partnership with demand-first marketplace Daps Bounty.

Hoop junkies and collectors have until Tuesday, March 4, 2025 (PHT) to avail of four “Woj Bomb” iPhones (wiped and returned to their factory default settings), ESPN and NBA credentials, and a one-on-one dinner or video call with the former breaking news insider.

According to Buffalo, NY’s WIVB News, Woj hopes to raise funding for the program in which he assumes its general manager position. He graduated in 1989 and “took a 99% pay cut to become the GM of his alma mater, leaving an ESPN contract reportedly worth more than $20 million.”

“This is another instance where I’m trying to impact our program and help raise revenue,” Wojnarowski, said. “We are in a fight to do that, especially in our conference. And we’re trying to do everything we can to be creative and innovative,” he mentioned.

Woj devoted his nearly 40-year career to basketball. From his journalism upbringing to arguably the league’s esteemed “scoopers,” he is recognized as the go-to source for breaking news.
