TITAN Introduces Its Loyalty Program
TITAN presented its newly developed Loyalty Program at their S Maison, Conrad Hotel Manila branch, introducing exclusive opportunities and shopping experiences for its customers. Like the 2019-discontinued Titan Players Club, the free-to-join membership utilizes a tier-based system, offering rewards and experiences to subscribers.
“This is something that we’ve been working on, and after five years and a global pandemic happening in that period, we’re finally happy to bring you the TITAN Loyalty Program,” said TITAN Digital Director Raymond Canteras.
The initiative invites registered members on the brand’s website or mobile application to sign up under the Loyalty section, where they will be automatically assigned to the Oxblood tier. Points will be awarded depending on their purchasing activity—one point for every ₱50 spent on non-TITAN products, and two points for TITAN products bought in-store or online, participation in TITAN-related events, profile completion, feedback/surveys, referrals, and other engagement activities.
Their Loyalty program consists of three stages: Oxblood (upon sign-up), Gold (2000 points), and Black (6000 points), with varying perks. Members of these tiers are granted access to early releases, exclusive events, and redeemable discounts in-store and online.
TITAN integrates a special system, awarding purchases with double points to assist in ranking until November 11, 2024.
