Scratch Burger and Nolita Joe’s, two of Poblacion’s most influential neighborhood food concepts, today announced a dual milestone: the launch of their first-ever Secret Menu and the confirmation of two new store openings in Q1, located in BGC and Eastwood.
The limited-release Secret Menu celebrates the brands’ commitment to flavor innovation, featuring elevated versions of signature dishes, playful kitchen creations, and thoughtful holiday-inspired items. Available exclusively in-store, the lineup highlights the teams’ continued drive to push casual dining forward.

Beyond the Secret Menu debut, Scratch Burger and Nolita Joe’s are expanding their footprint with two new branches in BGC and Eastwood, both slated for Q1 opening.
