Oheb: ‘I Want Blacklist to Be Champion’
Coming from two upset victories over Falcons AP BREN and RSG Philippines, Blacklist International can rest easier this weekend as they finally improve their gameplay from a series of losses from Week 1 to 5.
Blacklist International Gold Laner Kiel Soriano, aka Oheb, is determined to salvage the reputation of Blacklist despite the team’s precarious situation in the regular season. As of this writing, Blacklist is at 7th place in the MPL-PH Season 14 standings.
(“I want to prove and witness that Blacklist can become a champion again including myself. This lineup wasn’t assembled for nothing. I want to prove to myself and to my team that we can beat any team.”)
He is also aware that many people have dismissed Blacklist as a non-contender in Season 14.
(“Everybody now is doubting Blacklist, whether internationally or locally. Everybody has a lot of doubts. I want to hear the name of Blacklist coming out on top.”)
Oheb’s Message to Blacklist’s Doubters: ‘We’re Not Affected’
With a final word to his team’s bashers, Oheb brushes off their harsh words candidly.
(“To our doubters and haters, we’re not affected whatever you say. I know what I and my team worked hard to improve every day, and we’re pushing hard to exert our best to preserve the reputation of Blacklist.”)
Blacklist International won 2-0 against RSG during Day 2, Week 6 of the MPL Philippines Season 14. It will face its former rival Team Liquid (formerly ECHO) on September 28, Saturday, a crucial match that could affect its chances of securing a playoffs slot.
