The amount of talent waiting in line for their chance to wear the proud jersey of the San Beda in NCAA men’s basketball just got deeper.

San Beda team manager Jude Roque confirmed to ALL-STAR Magazine that their program has recruited Filipino-American “pure athlete” Agjanti Miller.

The 21-year-old is currently doing his residency before playing his first of three eligibility years in 2024. He stands at 6-foot-4, weighs a little below 200 pounds, and has superb potential.

“Janti is a pure athlete. He could easily be a top five most athletic player in any league,” Roque said in an exclusive interview. “He still needs to develop his other skills but he works hard in training. Decent shooter as well. For a guard, he’s tall at 6’4, which is an advantage in the NCAA.”

A scout who watched Miller play in the United States said that he has athletic chops comparable to Thirdy Ravena.

Roque said that Miller is “doing well,” but needs to “get used to the style of play [in the Philippines].”

Miller grew up in Fairfield, California, played for Vanden High School, then spent time with the Casper College Thunderbirds. He is currently playing for San Beda’s team B in the Next5 Hoops tournament.

He is also a bit of an online celebrity because of his basketball content with nearly 250,000 followers combined on Instagram and TikTok.

Roque laughed when asked if Miller has already used San Beda as a setting for his online content then responded “not yet,” although that will likely change soon.
