Where to Book a Stay for the MPL PH Season 13 Playoffs

Alabang is a perfect staycation hub, offering a relaxing respite from the stress and bustle of the busy districts of Manila, Makati, and Quezon City.

For the first time, the MPL Philippines is staging its Playoffs in the south. Happening on May 22 to 26, 2024, the Playoffs will be held in SM Southmall’s Event Hall, a new space the mall opened in 2023. The hall, which can be converted into a basketball court, has an area of 1,900 square meters and can accommodate up to 1,000 people for sporting events, and 2,000 people for concerts and live events.

But Southmall is on the southern end of Metro Manila, a good 39 kilometers away from the previous season’s playoffs venue, EVM Convention Center in Quezon City. Luckily, Alabang is just a stone’s throw away from Southmall. The business district is home to many hotels that offer good accommodations for bargain prices. Alabang is a perfect staycation hub, offering a relaxing respite from the stress and bustle of the busy districts of Manila, Makati, and Quezon City.
