Team Secret Valorant’s JessieVash and Yamyam have launched the ultimate high-end computer shop for gamers.
For years, Team Secret’s JessieVash and Yamyam Villanueva dreamt of creating a space where gamers could enjoy the same premium experience that professional esports players have. At the end of September 2024, they turned that dream into reality with the grand opening of Hunters PC Cafe in Batangas City.
“We want people to experience what professional esports players always experience,” Yamyam, co-founder of the cafe, told ALL-STAR Magazine. “That’s why, even though it was just the two of us investing, we took our time to make sure every detail was perfect. We also want to help develop Filipino esports talent, especially in the provinces where players are often talented but lack exposure and support.”
Top-of-the-Line Gaming Experience
Located in the ZOE Building on the corner of Rizal Street and P. Mendoze Road, Hunters PC Cafe is packed with high-end equipment. Featuring Secretlab gaming chairs, Acer and Predator peripherals, and monitors with 180hz and 240hz refresh rates, it’s a gamer’s paradise.
“Usually, 60hz to 144hz is good enough in the provinces, but we wanted to level it up,” Yamyam explained. “We want people here to experience what it’s like to play on professional-level setups.”
Players also get access to Pulsar display mice and mousepads in various sizes and models. The cafe is also equipped with Darmoshark headsets, providing top-tier audio quality.
Affordable Rates, Premium Setup
Hunters PC Cafe offers a regular hourly rate of P40, while the VIP section, where the Secretlab chairs are located, costs P60 per hour. Despite the premium features, the founders have kept the rates affordable to give more gamers access to a high-end gaming experience.
Yamyam added, “We’ve seen amateur players qualify for international tournaments with just basic setups. Imagine if more players in the Philippines had access to this kind of high-quality equipment. In countries like Korea, Japan, and China, high-end setups are the norm, and that’s probably why their players are so strong.”

No Filipino computer shop is complete without snacks, and Hunters PC Cafe is no exception. The cafe offers the classic gamer favorite—pancit canton—along with drinks. Yamyam promises that the beloved snack will always be on the menu.
