Asiabasket Campus Tour Brings Top Collegiate Squads

The Asiabasket 2025 College Campus Tour aims to bring high-intensity collegiate basketball action directly to school campuses, featuring top teams from the UAAP, NCAA, NAASCU, and NCAA South. The tournament will showcase 14 varsity squads in a competitive format, with select games taking place in home-and-away settings.

For the first time, Asiabasket is incorporating a home-and-away format for select matchups, allowing student-athletes to compete in front of their own school communities. This setup is expected to create an electrifying atmosphere as fans rally behind their teams.

Participating Teams

The 14 competing teams are divided into two groups:

Group A:

  • De La Salle University
  • Emilio Aguinaldo College
  • Ateneo De Manila University
  • Philippine Christian University – Dasmariñas
  • St. Clare College of Caloocan
  • San Beda University
  • University of the East

Group B:

  • Mapua University
  • De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde
  • Far Eastern University
  • Lyceum of the Philippines University
  • Adamson University
  • University of Perpetual Help System DALTA
  • National University

Games will be hosted at various collegiate gymnasiums, including:

  • UPHSD Gymnasium (Perpetual)
  • Moro Lorenzo Sports Center (Ateneo)
  • University of the East Gymnasium (UE)
  • Emilio Aguinaldo College Gym (EAC)
  • College of St. Benilde Gym (CSB)

The tournament will run from March 16 to May 11, with games scheduled on multiple dates throughout the period.

Tournament Format

The teams will compete in a single round-robin format within their groups. The bottom three from each group will be eliminated, while the top eight will advance to the knockout quarterfinals. The tournament will culminate in a single-game elimination format for the quarterfinals, semifinals, and championship.
