BREAKING: Doc Ribo Out, Ch4knu’s Brother In

Smart Omega has dished another surprise on September 11, announcing the departure of veteran player and Hall of Legends inductee CJ Ribo, who spent two seasons with Smart Omega.

According to highly placed sources within Smart Omega, the legendary roamer is set to focus on personal matters that prompted him to take a break from esports.

Meanwhile, Ch4knu’s younger brother, who goes by the name Bornok, has joined Smart Omega as a replacement for Ribo but will be playing the role of Mid Laner. Bornok has been staying with Ch4knu in a boot camp since their Execration days.

There has been no update on whether we will see Bornok competing in Week 5 of MPL Philippines Season 14.
