CEU Scorpions Land Flever Dignadice and Kobe Dalisay

Flever Dignadice and Kobe Dalisay have committed to the CEU Scorpions, adding fresh talent to a squad that’s already one of the most consistent programs in their side of collegiate basketball.

Dignadice, a 6′1″ Filipino-American guard and nephew of PBA legend Yves Dignadice, brings both pedigree and potential. After struggling to find minutes with the Adamson Falcons — averaging just under two minutes per game over 11 appearances — he made a move to José Rizal University earlier this year. However, he has now shifted course and will instead join CEU. Dignadice made a name for himself in California high school ball, averaging 14 points per game.

Dalisay, a 5′11″ scorer out of the Mapúa program, was recruited by the University of the East and sat out UAAP Season 87. He’s now made the jump to CEU, where he brings his three-point shooting and offensive awareness to a team that thrives on steady play. With four full years of eligibility, Dalisay could become a cornerstone of the program’s next chapter.

The timing couldn’t be better. CEU recently brought in Joe Silva as head coach, a tactical mind known for molding young talent following his time with the Ateneo program. Silva returns to a team with high expectations after their disappointing UCAL season. CEU has also been a steady contender in the PBA D-League, finishing as runners-up in the 2024 Aspirants’ Cup.

Dignadice and Dalisay join a legacy-rich program that’s produced standout players and sustained success in leagues like UCAL, the PBA D-League, BBI, and PCABL. Their arrival signals a renewed focus on youth and long-term development under Silva’s watch.

For both players, this move is a reset and a challenge. For CEU, it’s another strategic reload in a program built to win.
