Coach Racela admits Adamson Falcons still a ‘work in progress’
Following an ecstatic victory against the FEU Tamaraws, the Adamson Soaring Falcons crashed with a 30-point defeat against the De La Salle Green Archers.
Coach Nash Racela shared that this match doesn’t look good because of the gap, but wants to look at the brighter side of the situation.
“A loss is a loss whether it’s 1-point or 50 points. We’re just after the learnings, there are a lot of good things we need to focus on.”
He also admitted that they are still a work in a progress, “Honestly, we’re a work in progress. Hopefully as the league progresses, there may be positive things that people can see.”
He added that:
“We just have to turn it around, you know, a loss is a loss, it happens. You win some, you lose some. Ang importante sa’min, we turn it around right away. Just focus on the next game.”
He also said that they will be working on a lot of things because of this loss, both offense and defense, as they aim to perform better in their next outing.
The Adamson Soaring Falcons will face the UST Growling Tigers on Sunday, September 15. UST currently has a 2-0 stat which will definitely be a challenge for AdU.
