EST Cola Breaks Creamline’s Unbeaten Run in PVL Invitational

EST Cola handed Creamline its first defeat of the 2026 PVL Invitational Conference after rallying for a 17-25, 25-21, 25-22, 27-25 victory on Friday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Nattharika Wasan delivered the final two points for EST Cola in the fourth set, stopping a late Creamline rally. 

The Creamline Cool Smashers had erased an eight-point deficit earlier in the frame before the Thai side held on to close out the match.

The defeat delayed Creamline’s bid to secure a finals berth.

EST Cola improved to 3-1, pulling even with Creamline in the standings heading into the final day of the preliminary round.

Papatchaya Phontham stole the spotlight as she led EST Cola with 27 points and 12 digs to stun the 2x Invitational Champion Creamline.
