Tyrese Haliburton Wore His Dog on His Sneakers

The visiting Indiana Pacers overthrew their fourth-seeded counterparts, the Denver Nuggets, 125-120. What seemed like a one-sided showcase from defending Most Valuable Player, Nikola Jokic, providing a 41-point, 15-rebound, and 13-assist triple-double, was spoiled by Tyrese Haliburton and company, with six Pacers pitching in double-digit point contributions.

As Haliburton led the game with 14 dimes, he tributed his Mini Goldendoodle on foot with a special PUMA All-Pro Nitro PE.

During an interview with FanDuel Sports Network Indiana, Haliburton shared his hesitations about welcoming a dog, never owning one growing up. Only during his rookie season did he and his girlfriend decide to take in Ames—tributing the city of their alma mater.

Haliburton’s Puma All-Pro Nitro PE features a golden-brown gradient coat with fleece-like material, depicting his dog’s fluffy persona. Black laces and side-stripe panels round up its intricacies, as the “All-Pro Nitro” text near the heel.

As of writing, the brand has yet to state a public release.
