NAVI PH Books Ticket to MWI 2026 Grand Finals

NAVI PH booked a ticket to the 2026 MLBB Women’s Invitational (MWI) Grand Finals after completing its revenge mission against Cambodia’s Galaxy Phoenix, 3-0, in the best-of-five semifinals held at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in Paris, France.

The Philippines has finally returned to the MWI Grand Finals after a one-year absence, with former champion Smart Omega Empress—now NAVI PH—standing just one win away from reclaiming the crown.

In Game 1, NAVI PH grabbed a decent gold lead in the early game until Lhoureain “Rianne” Alcaraz on Bruno and Mery “Meraaay” Vivero on Marcel were picked off during a 6-minute top lane clash, having Galaxy Phoenix neutralize the gold lead. 

The Filipina representatives reclaimed the lead as Kaye “Keishi” Alpuerto’s Alice powered up with a double kill before freely securing the 10-minute Lord objective.

With precise timing, Keishi landed Throne of Ruin on two Galaxy Phoenix members during the 19-minute midlane jungle clash, giving NAVI PH the opening to find the backline and secure a decisive four-man takedown.

Keishi on her Alice led NAVI to take the first win of the series with an impressive 4-1-5 KDA. 

Keeping the foot on the gas, NAVI PH opened Game 2 with a dominant 4-0 kill lead against Galaxy Phoenix in under 2 minutes.

Galaxy Phoenix fought valiantly behind a sturdy defensive setup, with Winnie’s Claude stepping up with a double kill during a 15-minute mid-lane counterengage.

However, NAVI PH found its breakthrough in the final base siege, locking onto Galaxy Phoenix’s base crystal to secure a 2-0 match point advantage in the best-of-five series.

In Game 3, Galaxy Phoenix made the necessary adjustments, displaying precision in securing early turtle objectives and executing well-timed team fights.

NAVI PH, however, changed the course of the game after securing the 9-minute Lord objective freely against Galaxy Phoenix.

Galaxy Phoenix stood firm for over 20 minutes, but the turning point came at the 20-minute Lord fight when their counter-engage attempt fell apart, as Rianne’s Karrie ripped through the Cambodian squad with a decisive double kill to seal the victory.

With Galaxy Phoenix outnumbered, NAVI PH seized the opportunity and locked onto the base to complete a commanding 3-0 sweep.

NAVI will now face defending champion Team Vitality of Indonesia on July 18 at 7:30 p.m. Philippine time.
